Information about the use of data provided through the contact form and your rights.
Data collected
The form collects your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, request type, any deadline and message. Name, email, request type and message are required; other fields are optional. Do not include sensitive data or confidential documents unnecessary for initial contact.
Purposes and legal basis
Networks Concept uses this information to receive and handle your request, reply and prepare the necessary exchanges or arrangements. Depending on the request, processing is based on the legitimate interest in handling enquiries or on pre-contractual measures requested by the individual.
Recipients
Data is intended for people authorised to handle your request and the technical providers needed to operate hosting and email services, within the scope of their duties.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and related exchanges. It may then be deleted or retained where necessary for a legal obligation, a contractual relationship or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to certain processing based on legitimate interests, and exercise the right to data portability where its conditions are met. Use the contact form to make a request. Identity verification may be requested where necessary and proportionate.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Technical data and form protection
The site has no advertising or analytics tools. The form uses a technical session, Cloudflare Turnstile and submission limits to prevent abuse. The connection IP address and submission time are included in the message sent to the laboratory for traceability and abuse prevention. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed for anti-bot verification. Hosting and email providers may process technical data necessary to operate their services.
